How many times can I use a Cliccs template?

Clicss templates are for use on a single site only. If you want to use them on subsequent projects you will need to purchase additional templates.

What skills do I need?

You should have a strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, or be proficient in a WYSIWYG HTML editor, which allows you to edit and save files. Clicss is not for complete beginners.

What help is available if I get stuck?

What I really need is a complete working site.

Clicss templates are not ready-made websites, but they do make it very quick and easy to set up your own site, you just need to customise the pages and add your own content. The Clicss user guide will get you started.

What do I get when I buy a template?

You get a zip file which contains all the HTML templates, CSS files, template images, and some original PSD image files (where necessary), as well as a PDF user guide, which tells you all you need to know to get started with your Clicss template.

Can I customise the appearance of templates?

Absolutely. You're free to edit the HTML and CSS to your heart's content.

I need a full-screen/zoom/liquid/fixed-width layout

No problem, it's just a simple CSS change to switch between layouts. We tell you how in the user-guide that comes with all Clicss templates.

Are the templates standards compliant and accessible?

Yes, all our HTML pages are Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict, and fully accessible.

What browsers will the templates work in?

All Clicss templates are tested in Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox, Safari, Google Chrome, and Opera. They will work out of the box in those browsers.

Do Clicss templates work with Wordpress?

Clicss templates are not designed for use with Wordpress, but if you know how to build a Wordpress theme, you are welcome to adapt a Clicss template to work with Wordpress. Clicss templates work very well with CMS from Scratch, and we offer some of our templates with CMS from Scratch built-in.
